Sr. Financial Analyst - Plant Network Optimization

The position will work with cross-functional finance teams as well as business leaders across product lines, plants, logistics, and trade compliance teams in a variety of critical initiatives. Key projects and analysis will include but are not limited to: manufacturing optimization, insourcing, vertical integration, organizational optimization, and lean transformations across the Polaris network. The role needs to understand business requirements and drive robust modeling, analytics, and reporting for projects. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Provide financial support on key Business Development projects for the Operations team. + Support Manufacturing organization with Insourcing, Vertical Integration, and Plant Network Optimization analytics. + Develop standard operating procedures for evaluating opportunities including but not limited to: insource / outsource decisions, greenfield site selection, and network volume shifts. + Develop and maintain relationships within finance and business partners; solicit feedback and provide closed loop communications to enhance quality of service. + Support short and long term operational activities by developing, enhancing, and maintaining modeling tools and opportunities for further automation. + Drive continuous improvement through the Operations Finance organization through sharing of best practices, standardizing processes, and problem solving. **Skills, Knowledge, & Education** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required. + 4+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance required. + Experience with manufacturing operations, supply chain, and product cost experience a plus. + Extensive experience in various Microsoft tools required (excel, PowerPoint). + Demonstrated success developing tools to improve financial analysis. + Willingness to learn and utilize alteryx and other automation tools as needed. + Successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills. + Proven experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. + Requires ability to successfully coordinate with others and work well in a dynamic, team-centered environment. **Working Conditions** Standard, fast-paced hybrid office environment, some travel required. \#LI-GR1 \#LI-Hybrid This position is not eligible for sponsorship The starting pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $111,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
