Pay Range: $96,000 - $133,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Conducts analysis and develops strategic insights related to the development, implementation, and monitoring of pricing according to Federal and State government regulations and policies. Works with Compliance, Corporate, Regional, and Business Unit management teams to implement effective processes and controls. Conducts audits and develops insights to ensure compliance with pricing regulations. Supports ad-hoc pricing and reimbursement requests for key internal customers. Continually looks to identify and implement process enhancements.
Manages projects to ensure compliance to complex pricing regulations as determined by Federal and State policies and regulationsProvides key insights to management teamWorks collaboratively with Compliance, Corporate, Regional, and Business Unit personnelPerforms complex pricing and reimbursement analysis utilizing standard reporting and reimbursement databases (QDSS/COGNOS/ARBRR)Keeps abreast of Federal and State government regulations regarding pricing and reimbursementEnsures a consistent compliant pricing environment through analysis and support of the Legal and Compliance teamMaintains knowledge as subject matter expert in the areas of pricing and reimbursementSpecial Projects and Ad Hoc support
3+ years in a combination of financial analysis, billing and accounting roles in medium to large size companiesBS in Accounting or FinanceDemonstrated analytical and project management experience Knowledge of laboratory industry, payers and billing environment relative to reimbursement dynamicsDemonstrated experience leading process and policy change across multiple functionsDemonstrated creative thinking, problem solving, and organization skillsDemonstrated presentation and communication skillsDemonstrated process development and improvement skillsData analytics and data mining skillsMS Office Suite proficiency, with strong Access and ExcelKnowledge of Alteryx Designer a plus
