Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or accounting. 3-5 years of related work experience. Continuous improvement mentality with the ability to embrace change and a commitment to the high performing team management model. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft product suite. Understanding of enterprise resource planning systems, with Hyperion and Oracle e-Business experience Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple business levels
