Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **_Sr. Financial Analyst_** _position is responsible for execute annual and_ _Monthly_ _labor planning process, support month-end close activities, develop ad hoc reports and provide high quality financial information and insights to business partners across_ _Global Content Operations_ _areas in WBD. ​Additionally, the Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for improving planning processes reducing frequency and time spent in reconciliations and assist in enhancement system testing._ **_JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:_** _Ensure deep knowledge within the team related to cost of personnel domain_ _Performing detailed reviews of headcount and staff costs with HR partners and business_ _Execute planning and forecasting of personnel cost of P&L and provide commentaries for on the variances/drivers v prior forecast / budget / PY to stakeholders_ _Supporting month end close process to FP&A perspective with variance analysis focusing in personnel cost._ _Monitor actuals utilization_ _vs_ _budget/ PY and provide required commentary on key variances_ _Perform ad hoc in-depth analysis per request not covered in monthly or quarterly reports_ _Implement and maintaining standard FP&A processes within the personnel cost to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of these processes_ _Work proactively together with the Business Partners in the area of personnel costs (system implementations, standard process design, development of required reporting)_ **_JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS_** **_Work Experience_** _4+ years previous experience in a finance, accounting or auditing environment a plus._ _FP&A and/or entertainment industry experience strongly preferred._ _Business analyst or financial analyst experience a plus._ _Public or private audit and/or consulting experience a plus._ _Experience with system implementations and testing a plus._ _Experience in a large corporate environment a plus._ _Evidence of progressive responsibilities and contextualization of understanding._ _Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification_ _High School diploma or equivalent required._ _Bachelor’s degree required. (Finance, Accounting, Economics, preferred)_ **_Knowledge/Skills_** _Strong to expert competency with MS Excel and Word, and PowerPoint required._ _SAP experience preferred._ _Adaptive experience_ _is a plus_ _._ _Other Requirements_ _Must have strong mathematical and financial skills._ _Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills._ _Must have strong analytical, planning and organizational skills._ _Must be detail oriented._ _Must be able to adapt and learn new technology._ _Solution oriented individual who can work in a dynamic, fast paced, high volume environment and think outside of the box._ _Must be able to understand and communicate with HR, financial and executive personnel._ _Must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively, efficiently, with flexibility to changing priorities._ _Must be a team player with high-level of interpersonal skills and customer-focus._ _Must be able to maintain confidentiality._ _Must be a quick learner who is results oriented._ _Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines._ **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
