Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Bartlett, Tennessee. This role requires a highly skilled individual in financial analysis, modeling, and data visualization to support strategic business decisions. You will play a critical role in driving financial planning and performance by collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing actionable insights. Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, working closely with department leaders to create accurate financial plans. • Design, refine, and manage complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and performance assessments. • Analyze extensive financial and operational datasets to uncover trends, risks, and areas of opportunity. • Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, and Procurement to deliver insights into key performance drivers and metrics. • Create executive-level dashboards and presentations to effectively communicate financial outcomes and variance analyses. • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to inform business decisions, investment strategies, and cost-saving measures. • Ensure the consistency and reliability of financial data across systems, maintaining data integrity. • Utilize business intelligence tools like Tableau or Domo to automate reporting processes and enhance data visualization capabilities. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, with a strong ability to interpret complex data. • Expertise in variance analysis and ad hoc financial reporting. • Proficiency in data mining techniques to identify actionable insights. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial planning and analysis. • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Domo to create automated reports and visualizations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial findings to stakeholders.
