Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Bronx, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and optimizing budget management. Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Conduct detailed forecasting and modeling to support strategic financial planning. • Perform bank reconciliations and analyze monthly financial reports for accuracy. • Monitor expenses and provide insights through spend analysis and ad hoc reporting. • Develop and maintain internal budget reports to enhance financial transparency. • Utilize business intelligence tools to streamline reporting and data analysis. • Collaborate on ERP solutions to improve financial processes and efficiency. • Apply advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, to analyze complex datasets. • Support decision-making by delivering actionable insights through data mining techniques. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices in financial operations. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP. • Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and expense reporting. • Ability to utilize business intelligence tools for data-driven decision-making. • Expertise in bank reconciliations and spend analysis. • Experience with CapEx and financial modeling techniques. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
