**Discover Impactful Work:** The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely across the global function to support the delivery of near and long-term financial objectives. You will be responsible for analytics to help the business leverage insights that drive overall efficiency, productivity, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong intuition for business and communication skills, combined with significant experience in financial analysis and reporting to implement financial goals and initiatives to support a growing organization.
**A Day in the Life:**
+ Support weekly revenue reviews, monthly forecast reviews, and monthly/quarterly revenue reporting.
+ Support weekly processes by identifying drivers and providing meaningful insight on revenue performance.
+ Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights, and support monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
+ Partner with global finance leaders to report and analyze global operating expenses.
+ Build and update dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and other business intelligence tools by data mining in various systems.
+ Independently investigate data issues and/or information given, ask pertinent questions and identify root causes, collaborate with functional business partners and system support to improve data quality.
+ Collaborate with business partners to generate key assumptions and drivers for decision support, independently conduct ad hoc data analysis to identify business insights and observations.
+ Proactively learn and adopt new systems and tools to improve analytics capability and accuracy.
**Education:**
+ Degree in Finance or Accounting.
**Experience:**
+ 3+ years of direct financial analysis experience.
+ Proficient user of systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Cognos, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
+ Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
+ Customer-centric and passionate about providing proactive systems solutions to drive business performance.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:**
+ Good understanding of business processes and operations & financial controls, able to identify control weaknesses in existing processes and recommend mitigation actions.
+ Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
