Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. This role involves leading financial planning activities, providing in-depth analysis to support decision-making, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic financial analysis for the organization.
• Partner with business leaders to guide a collaborative and informed budget creation process.
• Develop and maintain financial models to compare actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results.
• Provide senior leadership with timely and detailed insights into business performance to support decision-making.
• Establish revenue and expense goals for operational and corporate departments.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation in finance and implement technology solutions to streamline processes.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes and procedures.
• Participate in due diligence and other financial activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and recommend solutions as needed. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Strong expertise in accounting, finance, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools, including implementation and development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to present financial concepts to senior executives and stakeholders with diverse levels of financial knowledge.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
