Job Description:
As the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will support the North American commercial operations for Kerr and Metrex. Responsibilities include actual reporting, forecasting, the annual budgeting process as well as financial submissions to Envista. This role will support commercial activities through analysis of revenue, customer chargebacks, margin and operating expenses. This position will require someone in office 3 days per week (Brea, CA)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the month end closing and financial reporting process for net sales, margin and operating expenses.Recommend, implement, and measure performance against benchmarks for financial and operating performance.Support creation and updating of quarterly forecasts and annual operating budget.Develop and maintain customer chargeback data and resulting accruals.Development of operational procedures and documentation of data flow. Ensure data integrity through system controls.Assist in margin analysis and price performance calculations.Assist in or lead special projects as necessary.Job Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus5+ years of experience in financial analysisPrevious experience with large, automated accounting and reporting systems, including data extraction and report compilation; Oracle and HFM preferredAdvanced MS Excel proficiency; Tableau a plusPreferred qualifications:
