Innovative Medicine Research & Development, LLC is recruiting for a **Senior Financial Analyst, Global FP&A.** The position will be based in Titusville NJ, Spring House PA, or Raritan NJ, with periodic travel to other NJ/PA offices.

**Position Overview**
Within the Innovative Medicine R&D Finance organization, the Financial Planning & Analysis team is the Global Center of Excellence for financial expertise. This Senior Financial Analyst leads Actual and Forecast planning and consolidation for financial processes related to global capital expenditures, balance sheet and cash flow, compliance and audit requirements, as well as has direct functional budget support. This role has broad exposure to the IM R&D global finance organization, interacting with all levels of the organization as well as cross-functionally. The ability to manage ambiguity, frame and communicate issues/solutions, and manage multiple priorities are critical to success for this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Drive and manage global capital analytics to provide strategic insights; maintain, analyze, and report capital updates to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and for Corporate reporting; manage depreciation; serve as SME for capital planning activities.
+ Coordinate global compliance, including responding to audit requests from external and internal audit and lead SOX testing documentation and communication. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually or as needed during major changes.
+ Coordinate and conduct audit processes, including physical and virtual site audits. Share quarterly reporting and drive necessary outcomes with partners.
+ Proactively partner to support budgets, execution, and reporting with cross-functional business partners for Facilities, Lab Services, BD Operations, and Administrative cost.
+ Support planning and analysis for Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
+ Identify and implement operational improvements / standardization of activities. Support SigniFi efforts as needed.
+ Support ad-hoc projects, applying financial analyses, to provide recommendations for opportunities to drive value within the organization.
**Qualifications:**
The successful candidate should have a process-focused and analytical mindset and must be confident in representing the business at a global level. They must have the ability to develop strong business relationships across different countries with varying areas and levels of the business. They should also be competent in financial analysis, financial reporting, and be open to travel within the role.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is required, a Master’s degree is strongly preferred
+ Minimum of 3-5 years finance experience, preferably gained in a large or medium-sized organization
+ A CPA/CMA is preferred but not required.
+ Analytical approach to thinking and working
+ Able to work independently and to adapt to changes in a dynamic business environment
+ Proactive and result-oriented mindset
+ Strong influencing and communication skills
+ Team player and confident communicator, ability to lead conversations with senior team members
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; SAP knowledge is preferred
+ Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneously.
+ This position can be located in Spring House, PA, Raritan, NJ, or Titusville, NJ. This role may require up to 10% travel.

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$77,000-$124,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
