Sr. Financial Analyst, PCA Finance
**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Job Overview** The Protein & Cell Analysis (PCA) Finance team is seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. **Financial Analyst** to join our team. You will collaborate with the General Manager of the Antibodies Solutions (ABS) and Cellular Tools & Quantification (CTQ) portfolios in the PCA Business Unit. Your main focus will be on developing actions and recommendations to support the business in achieving its financial objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in financial analysis, planning, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** + Support the General Manager of the ABS and CTQ portfolios and the extended team, becoming a key partner in driving business decisions. + Drive key processes such as weekly bowlers, STRAP, Annual Operating Plan, and Quarterly and Monthly Forecast / Business Review. + Analyze financial performance, proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities to drive business performance, and analyze opportunities to improve margin and efficiency. + Support the business with financial modeling around various cases, such as new product introductions. + Research, assess, and derive insights on relevant competitors and market dynamics (e.g. end customers, regions). **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields. + 5+ years of direct FP&A experience or relevant hands-on experience in providing financial analysis to drive key business decisions. + Strong business partner with critical thinking and data-driven analytical skills. + Ability to interpret and summarize financial analysis results in a clear, concise, accurate manner. + Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to partner with individuals at all levels in the organization. + Problem solver who consistently seeks opportunities for operational improvement. + Demonstrated experience in a large, multinational, heavily matrixed organization. **Compensation and Benefits** The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$130,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
