As a Sr. Financial Analyst – Budget & Planning, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the financial future of Hill’s Pet Nutrition. You’ll provide critical financial planning and analysis to our US Brand, partnering directly with the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team and cross-functional leaders. Your expertise will be instrumental in budgeting, month-end closing, and driving RGM initiatives that fuel profitable growth and operational excellence. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
