**What You Will Do**
As a Sr. Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal global role across the manufacturing franchise, driving strategic financial outcomes through planning, reporting, and business partnership. You’ll collaborate closely with site leaders and senior stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, process excellence, and performance optimization. Acting as a key advisor and occasional deputy to the Division Finance Leader, you’ll be a trusted voice in shaping the financial future of the organization.
+ Lead financial planning cycles including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting for multiple global manufacturing sites; consolidate data across regions and communicate performance insights to senior leadership.
+ Partner with Division Manufacturing & Operations Leaders and site finance leads to influence key financial decisions, guide strategic priorities, and align site-level performance with broader business goals.
+ Own and enhance key financial processes supporting strategic and cost transformation initiatives—monitoring objective achievement through dashboards, modeling tools, and KPI frameworks.
+ Support and guide capital investment decisions by leading the rationalization of business cases, assessing ROI, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment with long-term strategy.
+ Drive financial due diligence and integration for acquisitions, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless transition and alignment with strategic objectives.
+ Ensure compliance and consistency with corporate policies and regulatory requirements—including US GAAP and SOX—by managing all aspects of quarterly reporting, tax, audit, and treasury schedules; act as the key liaison with Shared Service Centers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and internal control integrity
+ Champion financial standardization by aligning practices across sites—including cost classification, allocation methodologies, and CER processes—to improve efficiency, comparability, and transparency.
+ Mentor and develop finance talent across the franchise by leading performance management, evaluating training needs, and building organizational capability through coaching and cross-functional collaboration.
**What You Need**

+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ 10+ finance and accounting related experience.
