As\na Sr. Finance Analyst - Corporate Functions here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncrucial role in providing financial analysis and support to the corporate\nfunctions of the company. You\nwill have the opportunity to play a critical part in Honeywell's strategic\nbusiness transformation, specifically focusing on Corporate Fixed costs related\nto M&A and Spins. You will be responsible for conducting analysis on\nstranded costs, performing cost allocation analysis, separation analysis, and\nproviding transition support.
You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you'll work out of our\nCharlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's financial performance by providing\naccurate and timely financial analysis and recommendations. You will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and\nfinancial planning processes. Your insights and recommendations will help drive\noperational efficiency and cost optimization within the corporate functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct financial analysis and provide\ninsights to support strategic decision-making within the corporate functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting,\nforecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior\nleadership.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost\noptimization within the corporate functions.
• Provide financial support and guidance to the corporate functions\nto ensure financial targets are met.
