As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations and decision-making of our company. You\nwill have the opportunity to play a critical part in Honeywell's strategic\nbusiness transformation, specifically focusing on Corporate Fixed costs related\nto M&A and Spins. You will be responsible for conducting analysis on\nstranded costs, performing cost allocation analysis, separation analysis, and\nproviding transition support.
You will report directly to our Finance Manager, and you'll work out of our\nCharlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the financial decision-making\nprocess and contribute to the overall success of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting,\nforecasting, and financial planning processes.Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making within the corporate functionsPrepare financial reports and presentations for senior\nleadership.Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost\noptimization within the corporate functions.Provide financial support and guidance to the corporate functions\nto ensure financial targets are met.
