Responsibilities: * Lead cross-functional tech initiatives for Accounting & Finance systems * Define scope, ROI, resources, and vendor deliverables with stakeholders * Improve and follow PMO standards and frameworks * Translate business needs into clear project documentation and plans * Manage project timelines, dependencies, and team coordination * Oversee finance system upgrades and data quality improvements * Advance billing and cost analytics through automation and system enhancements * Communicate with internal teams and vendors to manage risks and execution * Support change management for new systems and processes * Use tools like Smartsheet, Box, Google Workspace, Zoom, Lucidchart, Jira * Ensure quality through test planning, QA, and UAT coordination * Apply best practices in scope, risk, schedule, and stakeholder management * Align technical specs with business requirements for traceability * Plan system transitions and validate ROI for PMO tracking * Conduct project reviews and lessons learned
