Sr. Fin. Business Analyst IND, S&M Job Description **What is the job about?** Overall purpose of the Senior Analyst is to financially support the Solution & Marketing function in the IND Division. Acting as a support and sparring partner towards the S&M team and the FBP, with cost follow ups, analytics, forecasts and budgets and providing financial input on business cases to further develop the IND portfolio. **Your main responsibilities:** + Developing analysis regarding the business development portfolio, creating tools for evaluating and prioritizing the resources and create transparency in available funding for short and long term financial ambitions + Providing transparency in profitability and cash flow of the business development activities in the IND division. + Participate in building business cases to support the initial investment, linking the investment with the targets in the business and help analysing post mortem follow up when the development initiatives are carried through + Establish reporting on program cost and risks in order to identify gaps to budget and drive corrective actions in case of deviations + Provide updates on the financial development of the portfolio and the development activities + Prepare accurate and timely reporting to the different stakeholders throughout the product and solutions development life cycle. + Support and monitoring of initiatives driven by sustainability. + Supporting on different strategic initiatives, outlooks and global projects. **Your background** We imagine that you have: + BS degree in Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Economics, Business Finance etc. + Min. 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within portfolio management, technology and financial business case development. + Good knowledge of SAP 4Hana and BW tools (analysis for excel, Power BI etc) + Highly interested into advance analytics, new tools incl. AI-solutions + Highly skilled in Microsoft products, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint + Excellent writing and speaking skills in English + Ability to clearly and concisely summarize data and present conclusions to senior management. + Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills + Extensive use of complex spreadsheets and datasets to consolidate and analyse data + Style that is collaborative and supportive + Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and be self-driven + Exemplary written and verbal communication sills including presentation skills **What’s in it for you?** What are your goals?
