The Sr. Facilities Support Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Facilities office operations for the Bridgewater site which includes the scheduling of vendors/contractors, creation of purchase orders, reconciliation of invoices, assigning and monitoring maintenance activities, and optimizing office resources to support business operations.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

Maintenance Coordination:Oversee the work request system and assign work orders to technicians.  Create and submit work requests to the landlord, and follow-up on completion of all work requests.Vendor/Contractor ManagementSchedule contractors according to preventative maintenance plansEnsure contractor certificates of insurance are currentPoint of contact for site service vendors (mail, janitorial, and food services)Review and code invoices accuratelyDepartment Budget and ProcurementCreate annual blanket and ad hoc purchase requisitions for Facilities Department and other departments as needed.Track goods received in SAPReview monthly department spending and track KPIs on dashboardSubmit monthly expense reportsMaintain inventory and procure supplies as neededSpace PlanningMonitor SharePoint for moves and new hire space requestsEnsure workspaces are prepared for new hires and internal movesUpdate and maintain site maps to track vacant workspacesEHS ComplianceEnsure timely payment of regulatory permits and registrations feesSchedule vendors for safety shoe and eyeglass needsArrange ergonomic assessments for new hiresMonitor site emergency hotline and dispatch emergency response team as neededCoordinate ERT training and maintain and update emergency notification system

High School Diploma or equivalentGeneral knowledge of building systemsProficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePointAbility to multi-task and deliver projects under tight timelines

Pay Range:

$58,160.00-$77,546.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
