CBRE is seeking a polished Facilities Management professional with strong executive presence who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders and continue to strengthen our relationship with the client.
**About the Role:**
As a Sr. Facilities Manager at CBRE, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a small portfolio of buildings, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
This role is part of the Facilities Management function, which focuses on the comprehensive management of physical assets and may involve collaboration with Property Managers or landlords to deliver seamless service.
**What You’ll Do:**
Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
Prepare and manage large and high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations.
Suggest and implement operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures. Review and approve purchase orders for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Provide formal supervision to employees. Track the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
**What You’ll Need:**
Experience managing manufacturing or industrial facilities is strongly preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
Requires experience in budget management, including expertise in accruals, deferrals and variance reporting.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
Capability to communicate sensitive and complex information effectively, set performance expectations, and address challenges.
Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire the team in reaching overarching operational goals that affect individual roles, various job functions, and the department.
Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related applications.
Strong organizational skills and a highly curious mindset.
Intermediate math skills required, including the ability to perform calculations involving percentages, fractions, and other financial computations.

**Colorado Residents:** CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Manager position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Manager position is $147,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
