Requisition ID: 74865 Job Responsibilities + Liaise with internal partners and vendors to coordinate hook up / unhook works (such as tie-in utilities for new and/or relocated tools). Commissioning tasks and executing Facility work request. + Assisting in the operation of Mechanical systems and equipment covering Chilled Water System, cleanroom ACMV system (covering Make-Up Air units, Dry Coils system (PACs), FFUs and HEPA/UPLA filtration), Exhaust system (covering General, Scrubber and Organic) and Process Vacuum system. + In-charge of at least two of the Mechanical systems as above-mentioned. + Work closely and liaise with Facilities Operation Engineer/s on predictive maintenance program and upkeep of above-mentioned Facility systems. Sourcing, managing and follow up with various vendors for repair, preventive and corrective maintenance works. + System improvement (addition and alteration works or modification), capacity and system assets tracking. Plan and prepare scope of work for RFQ on mechanical system projects. Supervise and manage the projects & ensure the works are properly executed according to requirements and schedule. + Work with Facilities operation team on Inventory control of spare parts, tools, renewing license, test certificate of Mechanical Equipment. + Support various external/internal audits by internal partners/customers to meet authority/customer requirement. + Site verification and preparation of Permit to Work to ensure compliance of safety regulations and proper housekeeping. + Develop, review and/or update operating procedures and work instructions. + Guide and train shift AE/Technicians to resolve system problems. + Any other assigned activities/tasks as and when assigned by supervisor. + To oversee monitoring, operation, maintenance, daily inspection and checklist on the following Facility Systems such as Centralized Water-cooled and Air-cooled air-conditioning system, ACMV (MAU, AHU, PAC) and Exhaust Fans. + Perform data analysis, calculation and generate reports + Resolve day-to-day operation and maintenance issues + Liaise and coordinate with team members to respond to operation issues timely / immediately + Liaise and coordinate with co-workers, internal and external stakeholders + Liaise with external agencies to ensure compliance with local authorities Job Requirements + Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities field. Preferably from Semiconductor Manufacturing or Electronic manufacturing industry. + Experience in dealing with Mechanical System (ACMV/Exhaust system/Vacuum) + Must be a team player with the right attitude and aptitude. + Must be willing to work overtime when needs arise. + Proactive and independent Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
