Maintenance, Build, and ConstructionProvide system builds ensuring flawless operations and maintenanceDevelop equipment and component specifications strictly adhering to standardsEnsure designs align with all relevant standards, codes, and regulationsMaintain capacity planning databases and track system capacitiesPrepare and present periodic system status updatesSupport manufacturing scenario planningEvaluate capacity impacts based on scenario changesProvide scope for infrastructure modificationsAssess space planning for future equipment needs

Provide Project SupportWork together with the Global Facility (GFAC) team and manufacturing collaboratorsDeliver detailed builds and specifications for new infrastructure installationsImplement solutions following standard processes and Best Known Methods (BKM)Adhere to Facility and EHS Management of Change (MOC) proceduresSupport cost and schedule estimates for scenario changesSupervise and coordinate consultant resourcesDevelop project scopes with required collaborator inputAddress Model Base Problems Solving (MBPS) or correctionsConduct system inspections and sign off on reportsMonitor progress and provide engineering support during constructionSupport equipment startup and commissioning
