Should have working knowledge of the operations within their scope. They should be intimately aware of their process equipment including safe operating limits, HSE and how activities are executed on their equipment.

Strictly follow site safety, quality requirements and procedure. Know and execute work permit/JSA/ safety requirements. Participate in safety tours and JSA reviews with operations. Execute Safety routine check (Bsafe, walkthrough).

Complete learning plan, including safety, quality training course and QP. Good understanding of GMP requirements.

Perform EG related equipment and material transfer activities.
开展跟工程相关的设备和物料传递。
Provide field check for process equipment in production area and technical space. Provide this feedback to B4.

Resolving and reporting any equipment following escalation process. Record all equipment issue/ activity.
严格遵循汇报流程，解决和报告设备相关问题，并予以记录。
Support troubleshooting with collecting initial data for the issue via the standard tool, perform initial analysis, propose solutions and escalate to the process team. Work with PE / AE to understand the issue and resolve the problem.
运用标准工具，收集初始数据、执行初始分析、提出解决方案并汇报生产运营团队。与 PE/AE 合作解决问题。
Cooperate with zero loop team (Operators, maintenance specialist, QA, etc) to implement actions. Ensure clear shift hand over with zero loop and operations team members.

Serve as the main contact for all EG related floor issues, such as facility, utility and JLL support needs.

Transferring knowledge of equipment capabilities and operational techniques to operators and engineering；

Execute the preventive maintenance, provide recommendations for Job plans improvement and perform PVP.
执行预防性维护，负责对工作计划的持续改进提供建议，执行其实际操作和文件规定的一致性检查。
Execute corrective maintenance tasks including open work orders, MAP, return to service, hold removal.
执行纠正维修，包括工单、维护行动计划、恢复服务、设备暂停使用标签移除。
Equipment verification on floor (e.g. push bar alignment, Manifold/glass beads needle check and flow test, scratch check, filter changes, Leak check in tech space, abort cycle, EOB filling check, fine tuning, equipment component cleaning)
设备功能复核（例如：推杆对齐、针头检查和流量测试、划痕检查、过滤器更换、技术区泄漏检查、中止cycle、灌装线结批检查、灌装线调试、设备部件清洁）
Realtime process monitoring of equipment performance, health checks. Report any suspected abnormalities to the B4.

Sharing and ongoing reinforcement to the zero loop and the front line staff on equipment requirements (setup, fine tuning, preparation, sterile boundaries, equipment/component general information and capability).

Execute process equipment related shutdown activities and support utilities during shutdown.

Spare parts management: Assistant for warehouse entry, incidentals, stock count, parts list update for spare parts.
备件管理：支持备件入库、库存盘点、配件清单更新等。
Continues improve equipment reliability, provide input for continuous improvement effort and implementation.
