Responsibilities We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Sr. Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of group events from pre-arrival through on-site coordination. Once a group is confirmed, you’ll serve as the primary on-property liaison, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities: Act as the on-site point of contact for all group events and retreats Coordinate logistics including AV, F&B, wellness programming, and vendor services Create and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group Resumes Lead weekly planning meetings with operational departments Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Operations to exceed guest expectations Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business Flexible schedule suited for a resort enviornment that may include nights, weekends, and holidays Reports to: Director of Operations Direct Reports: Conference Services Manager and Conference Services Techs Must have experience in Delphi, Sales Force and BEOs creation. Qualifications Minimum of an associate degree to two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
