What You’ll Do

As a Sr. ERP Operations Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in leading the functional delivery of D365 SCM modules. You’ll partner with business process owners, internal stakeholders, and our system integrator (SI) to design, configure, and support core ERP solutions that drive efficiency across planning, production, inventory, and warehouse management.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the functional IT lead and liaison between business teams and the SI.Participating in all project stages: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.Leading data mapping and documentation for D365 SCM processes.Supporting testing, training, and ongoing implementation activities across multiple companies.Reviewing and approving enhancement/configuration changes to D365 SCM.Identifying opportunities for process improvements and standardization.Integrating independent software vendors (ISVs) into the D365 SCM environment.Supporting legacy ERP systems (Sage, QAD, SYSPRO, InforVisual) during pre-conversion analysis.Partnering with teams to extract and analyze data from D365 for reporting purposes.Assisting with AX 2012 R3 GL and Posting Profile preparation ahead of D365 upgrades.

What You’ll Need

5+ years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.Strong functional knowledge of D365 SCM modules and related ISVs.Proven ability to configure, test, and support MS Dynamics D365 solutions.Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across departments.Ability to travel to US locations 25% or as needed domestically.Microsoft D365 SCM or Solution Architect certifications are a plus.

Pay Range:

88,000.00 - 132,000.00
