Sr. Enterprise Sales Specialist (1-Year Contract)

The Team and Role:
In this role of Sr. Enterprise Sales Specialist that you will grow the B2B Collaboration business for the Region through active new business development, opening doors to new accounts and subsequent account management of top corporate end users. The role will not have direct reports initially.


You will also drive brand preferences across the country’s top enterprise end users, open doors to new accounts, and participate in active business development activities.

* Drive brand preference across the country’s top enterprise end users within the Philippines

* Cross sell across category segments maximizing wallet share/spend of top enterprise end users in the Philippines.

* Execute pre-developed key account plan on the ground

The Role Responsibilities:

* Execute pre-defined strategy and achieve targets from a list of named accounts

* Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives to our enterprise customers.

* Maintain an accurate and updated sales funnel in Salesforce.com

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

* 4-6 years of Sales experience selling to large corporate clients across the Philippines.

* Have strong experience selling IT solutions to large enterprise accounts in the Philippines. Experience selling to BPOs in the Philippines will also be considered.

* Hands-on mentality and able to manage entire sales cycle.

* Excel in collaboration and relationship building skills.

* Strong influencer.

* Creative strategic thinker and fast learner.

* Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

* Autonomous and self-motivated.

* Influential communicator and great presentation skills.

* Persuasive, Charismatic, Engaging, Confident.

* International mind-set.

* Fluency in English is essential for success in this position.

* The role may require travel within the Philippines.

Education:

* Diploma, or bachelor’s degree level is required
