Sr. Enterprise Account Manager

Join us and you’ll find we have a supportive home team, great customers, and a product that customers love.  This role is responsible for driving on-time customer renewals, reviewing licensing/entitlements, sharing IBR reports to customers and providing support for customer concerns.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive on-time maintenance renewals for existing accounts Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed to appropriate teams Maintain regular, proactive communication during sales cycles with customers to ensure accurate forecasting & satisfaction Accurately quote services and provide supporting documentation. Update all account/opportunity activities in Salesforce Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead customer meetings Navigate customer organizational structures to engage key stakeholders Effectively manage workload and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

 

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in inside sales, account management/renewals, with a track record of success Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and corporate hierarchies Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders Proficient in sales tracking systems and tools, including Salesforce Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders. Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments. Has predictable, reliable attendance.
