The role provides strategic leadership in enhancing the competitiveness of new products, driving cost-out initiatives, supporting localization, managing PMI of existing products, and ensuring rigorous validation as per specifications._ _It also involves spearheading research and development of new products for both local and global markets to support business growth, in alignment with the PDP process.
