The Job:
Responsible for the whole process management of nail project transfer, to ensure the technical standards, production efficiency optimization and quality standards, and to achieve a smooth project transfer.

You'll Get To:
Formulate the project transfer plan (timetable, resource allocation, risk plan), and coordinate the cooperation of R&D, production, quality, procurement and other departments.制定项目转移计划(时间表、资源分配、风险预案),协调研发、生产、质量、采购等多部门协作。
Manage and execute projects in accordance with company standard procedures, coordinate and motivate both internal and external project team members and ensure timely project delivery and closure.按照公司标准流程管理并执行项目,协调并激励项目组内外成员,确保项目按时交付和收尾。
Hold regular conference calls with project teams in other location.与其他工作地点的项目组定期召开电话会议。
Lead the process handover, ensure that technical documents, fixtures and production equipment are in place synchronously.主导工序移交,确保技术文件、工装夹具、生产设备同步到位。
技术标准与工艺管理
Develop incoming inspection, process control, and final inspection specifications for nails based on standards such as GB/T 3103.1 (fastener tolerances) and GB/T 5779 (surface defect standards).依据GB/T 3103.1(紧固件公差)、GB/T 5779(表面缺陷标准)等,制定钉子的来料检验、过程控制、终检规范。
Familiar with surface treatment technology, understand the influence on corrosion resistance and torque-preload relationship.熟悉表面处理工艺,了解对防腐性能及扭矩-预紧力关系的影响。
Solve the technical bottleneck in the transfer process and cooperate with the process engineer to optimize the parameters.解决转移过程中的技术瓶颈,协同工艺工程师优化参数。
Evaluate new suppliers’ nail manufacturing capabilities and review their technical compliance.评估新供应商的制钉能力,审核其技术合规性。
Ensure that the project meets the requirements of ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 and lead the preparation of PPAP documents (process flow chart, control plan and MSA).确保项目符合ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 要求,主导PPAP文件(工艺流程图、控制计划、MSA)编制。
任职要求(The Person)
Bachelor and above (metallurgical background).本科及以上学历(冶金专业背景 )。
At least 5 years working experience in technology or project management (priority is given to those who have worked in fastener-related industries and have rich experience in various residential building fasteners, such as structural nails, nail shooting/finishing nails, pins and staples, and are familiar with electroplating and heat treatment specifications, etc.)至少 5 年技术或项目管理工作经验(优先考虑在紧固件相关行业工作过,且在各类住宅建筑紧固件方面有丰富经验者,如结构钉、射钉 / 精加工钉、销钉、钉书钉,以及熟悉电镀、热处理规范等 )。
Familiar with ASTM, CE and ICC standards related to fasteners.熟悉与紧固件相关的美国材料与试验协会(ASTM)、欧洲标准(CE)和国际规范委员会(ICC)标准。
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.具备读懂和解读技术图纸的能力。
Proficient in using Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).熟练使用微软办公软件(Excel、Word、Outlook )。
Familiar with Catia, Creo, AutoCAD and Windchill software is preferred, but not necessary.熟悉 Catia、Creo、AutoCAD 和 Windchill 软件者优先,但非必需。
