The Job

As a Sr. Electrical Engineer, Motor, you’ll be part of our Motor team located in Suzhou. You’ll get to: 

独立项目管理能力，掌控项目进度，成本，风险评估，及测试安排，问题解决，保证项目按期完成。

Excellent leadership for global electrical projects, drive new projects with teams.  Follow & control cost, risk and testing, issue addressed with solid solutions to ensure complete projects in time.

与全球其他设计中心合作并一起开发产品。

Work with global design center to develop new electrical components.

参与审核全球电气产品结构更改，执行到生产中。

Review all documents change for global electrical structure, drive to production.

对电气产品结构进行优化创新，并提供切实可行的低成本技术解决方案。

本科或以上电气工程类专业毕业， 三年以上电机设计经验。

Bachelor or above education on electrical. At least 3 years’ experience on motor design.

较强团队合作精神，项目协调能力。

Good communication skill and teamwork.

良好的英语沟通交流能力，能够独立并组织全球其他研发中心进行电话会议。

Good English language skill for global conference call with other global design center.

动手能力强，善于钻研，责任心强。

Strong practical abilities, be good at studying, a strong sense of responsibility.
