Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field Oracle Database 12c+: Strong hands-on experience Security Management: Enforce database access controls and encryption standards Backup & Recovery: Implement robust disaster recovery strategies Working technical knowledge of technology practices. Strong knowledge designing, implementing, migrating and troubleshooting. Certifications at Professional or Expert level preferred. Knowledge or experience with multiple technology disciplines is a plus. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Able to conduct research into issues and products as required. Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering customer delight Travel up to 25% of the time
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $120,000 to 135,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
