Engineer AME CVS Aichi** **Description** * Manage and execute projects per PMR * Responsible for the Coordination of launch activities, design, build and commissioning, timing of new product lines and modifications\. * Be responsible for successful sampling preparation and launch of equipment, develop and follow up timing plan and actions \(PDCA, Handover Checklist, Readiness checklist\)\. The AME is also responsible for sampling preparation of other projects in the local plant \(readiness checklist\)\. * Create Manuf\. System Design \(MSD\) and PCE /CD sheets for new projects * Support the ECR and ECO process * Plan and manage Plant CAPEX\. Order equipment on time as planned\. * Be responsible and perform PFMEA before ordering e\.g\. tools, equipment * Ensure your participation for Design Review and Drawing review * Support regional AM Team \(SAM\) by defining SOW * Support for continuous improvement of existing product lines in located plant related to production equipment and tools\. * Responsible for manufacturing flow/ methods according Kautex Standards * Ensure transfer of technical knowledge and prevent reoccurrence of failures \(A3 thinking\)\. * Support production issues like injection / blow molding, welding, assembly and testing problems, firefighting in the plant related to production equipment, tools and machines \(BMM\)\. * Support purchase department and SAM during the supplier nomination process for process equipment, take part at concept meetings, check concept to our specifications\. * Be responsible for the process setup and the optimization of blow molding / injection molding, post\-cooling, welding and any other process step during samplings of injection & blow molded products\. * Manage Trials and Sampling in defining appropriate sampling objectives, schedules and process flow charts\. * Interact with the plants program management team and advanced manufacturing to ensure that all actions are initiated and executed in time\. * Oversee the sampling execution, optimize the process to meet the CAR assumptions and participate the full trial run in the assigned sampling location to ensure a sufficient process flow and an adequate process documentation\. * Ensure proper documentation of process parameter and sampling results \(e\.g\. process book\)\. * Escalate potential issues and roadblocks as early as possible to the manager trials and sampling\. **Qualifications** * Process knowledge or equipment knowledge assembly process * Experience in Assembly process and tooling maintenance working\. * Knowledge of quality * PC knowledge and skill base * Understanding of production based schedules * Communications skills /ability to give direction to employees\. * Understand Quality Manual, quality testing procedures and customer requirements * Japanese and English language skills are required\.
