Senior Software Engineer Location: Orlando, FL (hybrid) We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development, modern software engineering practices, and supply chain systems. This role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying software solutions of moderate to high complexity. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise-scale ERP integrations, performance optimization, and cloud-based environments, as well as the ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical problem-solving. What You’ll Do + Design and develop software enhancements, new components, and large-scale integrations. + Lead technical efforts on projects, ensuring code quality and architectural alignment. + Develop and review specifications, code, and tests to ensure reliability and scalability. + Create documentation, protocols, and tools for deployment and maintenance. + Drive end-to-end troubleshooting, including Level 3 technical support. + Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple sites. + Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight. + Recommend improvements to processes, technology, and team efficiency. Required Skills & Experience + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. + 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with high-volume, scalable systems. + Strong background in: + Java, Spring Batch, PL/SQL (Oracle), Python + Web Services (SOAP & REST), JSON messaging + Cloud (AWS or Azure), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git) + Software performance optimization and troubleshooting + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. + Experience leading or mentoring teams.
