Cloud Engineer will be part of the global Public Cloud team focused on engineering of AWS China platform. As the member of the Public Cloud team, Cloud Engineer will be responsible for:

Iterate the AWS China Landing Zone and adopt global standards and security controls.Work with technical teams on Cloud project consultation, design reviews, and technical guidance.Actively participate in promoting best practices through training sessions and community of practice.Implement automation to eliminate repetitive tasks.Write SDLC documentation for the platform and its new features.

 

Education Background

B.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.  

Required Experience and Skills

5+ years of experience in IT field.At least 3 years of experience supporting AWS China Cloud Platform.Experience with AWS common services, architecture and security controls.Experience with DevOps such as GitHub Actions and CI/CD etc.Experience with IaC such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation etc.Good programming skills with Python and PowerShell etc.Good hands-on skills with serverless and lightweight applications.Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts.Cloud Certification(AWS SAA, Azure or Ali Cloud cert).
