**Key Responsibilities**
+ Organisation and coordination of electrical inspections, including acceptance and periodic inspections (e.g. random inspections) in collaboration with external inspection companies.
+ Examination of incoming safety certificates in accordance with the currently applicable standards and regulations.
+ Planning and organisation of required machine inspections in compliance with SN EN 60204-1, Chapter 17.8.
+ Organization of the legally required inspections of small appliances in compliance with SNR 462638
+ Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in close coordination with the operator – with a special focus on efficient and cost-effective implementation
+ Testing and approval of all conversions and new installations of medium and low voltage systems
+ Organization and execution supervision of preventive maintenance of medium and low-voltage systems
+ Organization and supervision of the legally required training of internal and external personnel with access to the electrical installations.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Qualification according to **NIV Art. 9** as an electrical installation and safety expert with a federal diploma (electrician HFP)
+ Holder of a control permit in accordance with NIV Art. 27 with the willingness to complete the further training in accordance with NIV Art. 9
+ Proven several years of professional experience in a large-scale industrial environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
+ Sound knowledge of dealing with authorities, especially the Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current (ESTI)
+ Strong negotiation skills and confident appearance in the regulatory environment
+ Analytical solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Strong multi-functional collaboration skills.
+ Experience in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
+ Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
+ Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
