Job DescriptionStrong understanding of power electronics topologies and controlReview schematics, PCB designs, calculations, and simulations of power electronics converters
Perform verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements
Troubleshoot and test power electronics systems using lab equipment (battery simulators, power supplies, E-loads, scopes)
Analyze root causes of system issues and lead R&D activities independently
Produce clear technical documentation and communicate complex concepts effectively
QualificationsM.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience in power electronics development and testing
Minimum 5 years experience with strong hands-on troubleshooting and testing of power electronics systems, including lab equipment use (battery simulators, power supplies, E-loads, scopes, etc.)
Minimum 5 years experience with strong technical writing and communication skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly
Solid knowledge of power electronics fundamentals
Familiarity with automotive requirements
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
