Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sr. Document Controller to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, control, and distribution of critical documents across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of document accuracy and accessibility.

Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and proceduresManage the lifecycle of documents from creation to archival or disposalEnsure all documents are properly indexed, filed, and easily retrievableCoordinate with various departments to collect, organize, and distribute documentationPerform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsTrain staff on document control procedures and best practicesImplement and maintain version control systems for all documentsGenerate reports on document status, usage, and other relevant metricsCollaborate with IT department to optimize document management software and systemsEnsure the security and confidentiality of sensitive documents

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field10 years of experience in document control, preferably in a corporate environmentProficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong skills in database management, filing, and archiving systemsExperience with data entry, retrieval, and quality control proceduresKnowledge of industry-specific documentation standards and regulationsFamiliarity with project management principlesExperience working with large-scale projects or multinational organizationsCertifications in document management or records management (preferred)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenFluency in both English and Arabic
