The CAIP Go-to-Market (GTM) team connects product, field, and customer needs - building GTM plans, enabling field teams with programs, tools, and technical guidance, and partnering with engineering to refine products based on feedback.
As the Sr. Director of Core Migration & Modernization (M&M) focused on Go-to-Market strategy you will build and land high-impact sales plays and motions that accelerate core migrations to Azure and embed modernization at every step. You will partner closely with stakeholders to drive integrated go-to-market outcomes, and with field teams to land these plays in each region. Your role is to grow migration market share by showcasing Microsoft’s unique and differentiated value from Windows and SQL Server expertise to open-source workload support all while ensuring migrations are executed in a secure, compliant, and AI-ready manner.
