Sr. Director Implementation - Talent Solutions

In this role as Sr. Director, Implementation, Talent Solutions, you will lead a team of associates responsible for onboarding new clients, providing technical and subject matter expertise, and ensuring high quality client experience.  Talent Solutions consists of a portfolio of offerings that drives client performance throughout their employee lifecycle (e.g., Talent acquisition, Talent management, Talent activation). You will be a member of the Talent Solutions leadership team and influence senior leaders in the business unit on our growth plans.

 

You will be responsible for the hiring, management, and development of Implementation associates, and setting the direction of the Implementation organization to achieve our business outcomes. This role is expected to provide thought leadership in developing and/or enhancing best practices (e.g., methodology/implementation best practices, client analysis, custom solution development, and product roadmap strategy) and driving operational improvements to the Implementation function (e.g., cycle time, configuration/setup, throughput).

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

 

Client Management:

Responsible to oversee and manage all client scheduling/induction into the program. Partner with other ADP business units to develop joint client deliverables and resolution paths for client issues. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels of client organization. Act as a focal point for clients to discuss changes, handle client escalations, and manage strategic changes in business.

Associate Management:

Manage execution of implementation team activities, ensuring client needs are fully analyzed/designed/met. Drive actions to create an environment for high associate engagement. Manage associate assignments based on knowledge of staff, product, and client expectations.  Promote accountability to deliver on time/budget to yield client reference ability. Counsel associates with complex tasks. Liaison / escalation resource to other ADP business units.

 Business Management:

Responsible for forecast and budget planning. Manage relations with Sales leaders, focused on efficient and effective Sales process management, win / loss reviews / lessons learned, and establishing / maintaining a strong transition process from sales. Manage relations with Client Service leaders, focused on revenue retention, efficient and effective client scheduling, and client relationship building.

 TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

 12+ years of experience leading an enterprise-level Professional Services/Implementation Organization that works directly with Clients, preferably in the HCM Industry. Required to possess strong technical acumen to perform platform comparisons and analysis as well as troubleshoot complex product issues and lead efforts in resolution of them. Ability to partner in matrix organization, design future state of the function, and transform teams to excel in a changing environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively under changing conditions. Strong leadership ability.

 A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:

Experience noted above, OR Military experience (NCO+) where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in 12+ years of applicable experience: advanced degree desirable. Concentration in Business management, Info Systems and/or Computer Science. Project Management training and skills application, PMP preferred, Quality process training / skills such as Six Sigma, PHR/SPHR and CPP preferred. Large scale enterprise implementation and/or global implementation experience Is recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism and business planning capability. Understanding of all ADP product capabilities and in-depth knowledge of ADP products, services and programs. Experience leading virtual teams is preferred. Leader of Leader experience strongly preferred. Ability to influence without authority. Analytical, meticulous person with excellent and consistent follow-through. Proven project management skills-ability to direct and manage multiple projects. Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative environments. Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing conditions and opportunities. Ability to prioritize issues and work under the pressure of time constraints.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $113,700.00 - $230,500.00 / Year
