Job Description Summary:
Sr Director II, Head of Digital Products
As the Sr. Director, Head of Digital Products, you will define and lead the digital product strategy for Coca-Cola's connected global equipment fleet. You’ll oversee the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions spanning cloud, ecosystem, and data products, ensuring alignment with Coca-Cola's business priorities. This role requires collaboration with global teams to shape the next generation of technology-enabled equipment, leveraging the Coca-Cola Operating System (KOS).
What You’ll Do for Us
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
40% Digital Product Strategy: Define and implement the product vision for digital solutions, including Freestyle, cloud, and ecosystem platforms.30% Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead digital teams and ensure collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.20% Stakeholder Engagement & Innovation: Partner with Digital, Data, and AI teams to align product roadmaps with Coca-Cola’s strategic goals.10% Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvements in product development practices and delivery mechanisms.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for digital product platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Lead teams to design, deliver, and manage end-to-end digital product solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders, including Digital, Data, and AI teams, to inform product innovation and roadmaps.Own critical decisions on product lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and consumer satisfaction.People Leadership Responsibilities
This role provides leadership to 6 direct reports, including Product Owners across Freestyle, Cloud, Ecosystem, and Data Platforms, as well as Business Analysts responsible for digital product delivery. This leader will also collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams in Digital, Data, and AI to achieve strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in computer science, digital product management, or a related field, with 12+ years of experience leading large-scale digital product organizations and strategies. Deep expertise in IoT, cloud ecosystems, and data-driven product development is essential. Additional qualifications include:
Proven track record in leading product teams to deliver digital transformation and innovation.Extensive experience managing cloud ecosystems, IoT integrations, and data solutions.Strong leadership abilities with a focus on organizational alignment and collaboration in dynamic environments.Expertise in stakeholder engagement to optimize product outcomes.What We Can Do for You

Pay Range:
$210,000 - $237,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

50Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
