Responsibilities
The HR Strategic Business Partner (SBP) is the HR face to the business leader
ship. This role will work closely with the central Manufacturing functions – Global Engineering & Global HSE, Technical Services/Manufacturing Science (TS/MS), Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing Strategy, and Continuous Improvement. You will also supervise an HR Business Partner that support these organizations. The role has five main areas of focus:

Bachelors DegreeAt least 4 years of HR Business Partnership and/or supporting HR CoE or relevant business areasQualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$150,000 - $220,000Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
