Sr. Director – Architecture, AI & Automation & Program Management Office
Sr. Director – Architecture, AI & Automation & Program Management Office We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Architecture, AI & Automation, and Program Management Office (PMO). This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving architectural excellence, accelerating AI innovation, and enhancing program execution across the organization. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will serve as a key enabler of our digital transformation journey and enterprise-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Architecture & Strategy + Lead the development and execution of a modern enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and technology innovation. + Establish architectural governance, standards, and roadmaps to drive consistency, scalability, and resilience across platforms. + Partner with business and IT leaders to ensure architectural alignment and influence long-term technology investment decisions. AI & Intelligent Automation + Shape and scale the company’s AI and automation strategy to unlock productivity, cost savings, and operational efficiency. + Oversee the identification, design, and implementation of high-ROI AI use cases across business units. + Drive responsible AI adoption with a focus on governance, safety, and data readiness. + Build and lead a cross-functional AI Center of Excellence (CoE). Program Management Office (PMO) + Lead the global PMO to ensure effective governance, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and enterprise initiatives. + Implement best-in-class program management methodologies, KPIs, and portfolio oversight practices. + Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on prioritization, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Qualifications: + 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise architecture, AI/automation, and program/project management. + Proven track record in building scalable architecture frameworks and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives. + Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, cloud platforms, and digital automation. + Strong business acumen, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. + Experience managing and mentoring high-performing technical and program management teams. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $232,000 to $462,000 [year]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
