Your Impact
The Sr. Director, Sales Operations & Enablement is a strategic leader responsible for driving sales enablement across Lowe’s Pro Sales organization, encompassing both Residential and Commercial segments. This role leads the design and execution of onboarding, training, and continuous development programs for inside and outside sales teams. With a strong foundation in sales analytics, portfolio planning, and scalable process development, the Sr. Director brings an operational mindset, strong people leadership, and a process-driven approach to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This leader partners closely with Sales and Executive Leadership to identify and address organizational and technological gaps, while managing a high-performing team to deliver initiatives that enhance salesforce effectiveness, support business objectives, and elevate the customer experience.
What You Will Do
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree General Education/Business and 10+ Years Experience developing and implementing sales enablement and operations initiatives for field salesforces, data analytics, and performance reporting Experience in retail, a plus5-7 Years Experience with leading a team with an emphasis on development, accountability, and delivering business resultsPreferred Skills/Education
Master's Degree General Education/Business and 3-5 Years Experience leading a large scale salesforce transformation effort Experience working in a Fortune 500 corporate environment, Omni-channel retail preferred
