Sr. Director, Operations
The Sr. Director of Operations will utilize best practices to support SKECHERS supply chain vision. They will focus on development and implementation of longer-range scenarios for distribution and ecommerce, including overall safety, quality and performance and customer service. The Sr. Director Operations will also develop, direct, and implement programs to maintain and/or improve DC equipment and facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Sets strategic goals for operational efficiency and increase productivityLeads efforts to continuously improve and find innovative ways or methods to use technology to increase inventory flow, handling, and accuracy.Partners and coordinate closely with the other work groups including Planning & Allocation, Merchandising, IT and outside vendors, and others as needed.Works with leaders to establish financial and budgetary plans for Operations.Comply with all regulations with respect to DOT, OSHA, DOL and any other federal, state and local authority.Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasksWork closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environmentOther responsibilities as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.10+ years DC management operations role requiredDecision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.Excellent negotiating and communication skills.Must possess and demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be a motivator of people.Must be able to interact effectively with a variety of individuals and personalities within and between departments.

Salary 150k - 180k
