The Opportunity

P&G is seeking a Senior Director for our Information Security team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM). This leader will manage federated authentication and the identity governance lifecycle, including mover/joiner/leaver services, recertification, and auditing. Key responsibilities include enhancing our recertification strategy, designing and governing roles with identity best practices, reducing friction with password-alternative authentication, and overseeing engineering teams supporting these platforms. This leader will collaborate with management, business partners, and subject matter experts to elicit and understand business needs and value, translating into a vision, roadmap, and action plans. 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the continuous improvement of IAM processes, technologies, and best practices to enhance the company’s overall security posture.Define strategies within area of IAM; help frame strategies at a higher organization level and drive their cascade and execution within their organization.Proactively lead the development and selection of innovative ideas, techniques, procedures, services, and products to safeguard P&G's identities.  Influence architectural principles, policies, standards, and best practices from the point-of-view of identity governance and authentication.Leading a team of ~130 staff members and the overall Authentication and Identity Governance organization within Information Security, including 3rd party staffing.Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation identity safety and integration of IAM solutions.Stay up to date with industry trends and drive the community of practice and upskilling programs to continuous learning and innovation in the Identity and Access Management domain.

Job Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar12+ years of proven experience within IT, with at least 5+ years at a senior level leading IT organization.3+ years of experience with an Identity Management or related Cyber Defense services.Experience developing styles and strategies that promote the avoidance of data loss and intrusions.Experienced with information-driven operations to effectively manage a technical team running identity technologies and prioritize growth and change from facts.

Preferred:

5+ years in Information Security or Cyber Security.Familiarity with unstructured data transformation to create alerting in Security Information/Event & Management (SIEM) or and other logging technologies.Proficient in technology operations – inventory, incident, problem, and change management with ITIL certification.Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Remote Dial-In User Service (RADIUS), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and other Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) services and best practices.Success with attack-surface reduction and other risk minimization techniques.Familiarity with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and other cyber security philosophies and best practices.

Pay Range: $189,700-$245,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
