Group/Division Summary:

Join our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division, supporting the Life Sciences Mass Spectrometry and Ion Chromatography and Sample Prep business units, generating over $1.1B in revenue. Be part of an exceptionally ambitious team driving world-class results!

Position Summary:

As the Sr. Director, Human Resources, you will be the strategic business partner for two dynamic business units. Your proven leadership will determine and successfully implement HR strategies that support our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:Create and implement HR initiatives that support achievement of the strategic business objectives and further inclusion and collaborationProvide strategic HR mentorship, and coaching to senior leadersLead talent management processes and strategically plan and implement talent movementPartner with leaders to design and optimize workforce structuresEnsure businesses achieve financial goals through effective management of human capital investments

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field10+ years of progressive HR experienceStrong leadership, influence and communication skillsProven ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and agility to change course when needed

Physical Requirements:Ability to travel as neededOccasional lifting of up to 25 pounds

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $210,200.00–$280,200.00.
