A day in the Life:Lead and develop a team of 20 finance professionalsProvide strategic financial counsel to the VP/GMCoordinate financial processes to ensure compliance with USGAAP and SOXDrive continuous improvement in cost efficiencyOversee quarter end executive reporting and presentations, including quarterly operations and business reviewsDevelop and present strategic insights about the business; be able to “tell the story” on what’s going on in the businessDrive continuous improvement in cost efficiency and implement group function initiatives across the marketKeys to Success:Establish positive relationships with commercial leadersDrive top line growth and achieve financial goalsEnsure transparency and efficiency in financial reportingSupport risk assessment of business decisions based on knowledge of local regulations, customers, markets.EducationUniversity degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferredExperience15+ years in financial planning, analysis, and business controllingProven ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsExperience with financial accounting and reportingGeneral business acumen: ability to understand the demands of a complex business quickly.Demonstrated intercultural effectiveness and the ability to deal with ambiguity
