This role requires a seasoned professional with proven experience communicating effectively across technical and non-technical teams, and a strong understanding of business systems and financial processes. The analyst will collaborate closely with IT colleagues to develop strategic solutions, provide time and cost estimates for proposed improvements, and support the implementation of enhancements. A primary responsibility includes maintaining and supporting integrations and systems that serve HR, Payroll, and Finance functions.This role also involves building and sustaining strong relationships with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage enhancement requests, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The analyst will help ensure the stability and reliability of production environments, adhering to PFG’s change management policies and ensuring timely, compliant deployments. Success in this position requires deep expertise in financial systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-structured environment is essential. **Position Responsibilities:** + Liaise with Business and IT teams in capturing requirement enhancements, changes and requests, identifying business/technical impacts and managing change expectations. + Elicit, analyze and document detailed business requirements, understand business processes and relevant technology for business initiatives. + Collaborate with IT team to develop change specifications based on business requirements and derive an estimate of effort required to implement the changes + Coordinate the user acceptance testing (UAT) process including but not limited to: - Preparation of acceptance criteria - Creation/review of test plans and scenarios - Participate in testing - Review of test results + Extract / prepare data from systems to provide reporting/processing as needed. + Accurately and concisely articulate issues, questions and recommendations to team members and management. Assign tasks to team members.Track and report on task progress. + Be able to lead, collect, communicate clear business/functional requirements from SME’s with minimal direction. Lead others to implement best practice integrated system solutions and process changes for emerging business model.
