**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on developing and integrating solutions that align with our companys goals. This position does not require travel and operates during day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Develop and implement MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions to enhance system integration and streamline processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy MuleSoft Integration solutions that meet business requirements. + Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across platforms. + Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain system efficiency and reliability. + Optimize existing MuleSoft applications to improve performance and scalability. + Document integration processes and solutions to ensure clarity and continuity for future development. + Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. + Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team. + Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Ensure that all integration solutions align with the companys strategic objectives and compliance standards. + Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices in MuleSoft development. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. + Support the deployment of MuleSoft solutions in a hybrid work environment ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. + Have a good understanding of the Hi-Tech domain to effectively tailor solutions to industry-specific needs. + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. + Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. + Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
