The Sr. Delivery Assurance Specialist is a tactical role within Raytheon's Operations & Supply Chain organization, based in Andover, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. The Senior Delivery Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products and services to meet customer requirements. This role involves working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to monitor and improve delivery performance, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
**_This position will be onsite at our Andover, MA location._**
**What You Will Do:**
+ Delivery Monitoring: Actively track all supplier deliveries (Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Orders, and GMS) to ensure on-time arrival and adherence to Raytheon’s quality and delivery standards.
+ Expediting Orders: Work with suppliers to expedite orders as needed, identifying and resolving any potential delays to maintain scheduled deliveries.
+ Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance, escalating issues to the Subcontracts Manager as required and coordinating with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
+ Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for local suppliers regarding delivery inquiries, fostering effective communication to promptly resolve any delivery concerns.
+ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate delivery risks, working closely with the Subcontracts Manager to implement strategies that support uninterrupted material flow.
+ Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with the subcontracts and procurement teams to ensure delivery priorities are met and align with internal customer requirements.
+ Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University degree and minimum of 2 years experience in delivery assurance, local procurement, or logistics within a tactical role.
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships effectively and resolve issues quickly.
+ Problem-solving: Ability to proactively identify issues and develop solutions to prevent delivery delays.
+ Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with supply chain management tools is a plus.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed, cross-function team members
+ Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
+ Experience creating and delivering presentations to managers, peers, and other stakeholders
+ Strong organization skills to include attention to detail
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Familiarity with Military Specifications
+ Understanding and use of export and import controls, compliance and licensing

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
