Job Duties & Responsibilities: + Design, develop, and maintain AI models and products that meet client requirements and deliver business value + Lead junior data scientists on execution of projects and guide them on the processes + Support the execution, maintenance, and upkeep of PRGX's AI models and products + Collaborate closely with other global teams to ensure that PRGX's AI models and products are meeting the needs of our clients + Work closely with the Manager, AI Services in ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables + Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in AI technologies and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our models and products + Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams Knowledge & Qualifications + Master of Science in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science + 6-8 years of experience applying machine learning techniques to solve complex data problems + Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical models, including supervised and unsupervised learning methods + Experience with Deep learning and knowledge about Open AI frameworks/ LLM’s + Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques + Proficiency in Python programming, and experience working with big data tools such as Spark + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Strong experience with agile development methodologies and version control tools such as Git + Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques + Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch + Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity PRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
